Bulgarian properties for sale

      For the first 100 days of the cabinet’s term of office, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works drafted the Concessions Bill and the Development and Planning of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coastline Bill, said Minister Assen Gaguzov.
      The Ministry is currently working on the Bill on the Procedures for the Issue of Permits and Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities Involved in Construction, Floor Property Bill as well as the Application Rules to State-Owned Property Law and the Roads Law. In the field of European Integration, the Ministry drafted National Strategic Framework 2007-2013 and the Regional Operational Programme which are being coordinated with the EC’s bodies. The Ministry prepared regional development plans of the planning regions and their preliminary assessment. Municipal development plans for 2007-2013 are drafted and adopted by 254 out of a total of 264 municipalities. All 28 districts are ready with their Strategies for Development for the period 2005-2015.
     Roads worth over BGN 150m were commissioned for the first 100 days of the cabinet’s term of office. These include parts of Hemus Motorway, and Maritza Motorway, the tunnel at Ilinden border checkpoint and other.
The ISPA Managing Committee approved the application forms of investment projects in the Water Supply and Sewerage network, totalling EUR 67,8m. The construction of waste water purifying stations in Dimitrovgrad and Haskovo started.
