Spaniards to Build Golf Complex near Sofia New golf complex will rise near Sofia, under a project carried out by Spaniards.The golf course length will be 7071m and the girt around 12km. Ferry Group are hoping that the place could open next year. The investors foråsee that the place will become a club orientated up in married people. Therefore in addition to the golf course the investors are planning to build an area zoned for summer houses where the lovers of golf can buy a house and live there all the year round. In all the houses will be piping with spring and warm mineral water. All the houses will be with identity architecture in the spirit of Bulgarian Renaissance. Besides the golf course the Spaniards are planned to build a five star-hotel with 20 rooms and 10 apartments. An appointed day of the week the golf complex will receive students who will have the opportunity to train under teachers from England and Scotland. The complex will rise near the village of Katina, just north of Sofia. That will be Bulgaria's fourth golf course, and the sport is already attracting notable interest. P.S.
