Krapec is a small seaside village, located 10 km north of Shabla, about 90 km from the
nearest airport of Varna at the end of an access road that hugs the Black Sea
coast. It is a quiet place known for
its dunes and bird life. The village is perched on the beach, surrounded by vast wheat fields and wild nature reserves. The area of
Krapec is a low plateau, slightly elevated and inclined towards the sea. The Black sea coast is low, combination of ochre cliff
sections and beach strips with sand dunes. Just a kilometer northeast of Krapec
is fish-rich Dourankoulak lake. It
attracts fishing fans with plenty of Pike-perch, Carp, Catfish, Bream, Crucian
carp, and Rudd.
The plot of land abuts on a cart-road and on 1000 meters away from Krapec health resort
- go by the cart-road route. The sea beach is 50 meters away from the plot
of land - going through forest. The
forest is municipality ownership, but the municipality will sell the forest in
front of the plot on this one who bought the plot. Type land condition is
non-regulated land, but is possibly to be regulated up to three months. The
price is 17 Euro per square meter.
