PAYMENT TERMS: - 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet construction. - 20% is paid at the completion of the ground floor level. - 30% is paid at the completion of the first floor level including the chalet roof - at which point the ownership of the land and the chalet will be transferred to the buyer. - 20% is paid on completion of the chalet and the total site. The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.
HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET: To reservation your chalet a deposit of 2000 Euro is required to reserve your plot at which point a Reservation Agreement is provided. This will secure your chosen chalet and is removed from the market. The amount is deducted from the total purchase price of the chalet when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed.
