Ski Tourism
The region offers excellent conditions for ski tourism by means of all ski racing equipment and services in the resort Pampororvo which in future are going to increase with the building of ski center "Perelik".
The living area is at 2500 m from down station of the lift Smolianski ezera - vrah Snejanka in the resort Pamporovo and ski racing Ezerata with start 1906 m from top Snejanka, final 1536 m in Smolianski ezera and length 2450m.
The future lift’s starting station Smolianski ezera in Perelik will be within 1000 m of the complex.
Hunting and fishing tourism
In the region of the housing estate are the Smolian Ezera – (The Smolian lakes) stocked a pond with fish and allowed for fishing.
Near by are the rivers Arda, Cherna, Shirokolashka, Vucha and Trigradska, such as reservoir Vucha, Teshel and Dospat.
There is a hunting resort for hunting tourism at 30 km. away from Smolian.
Village tourism This region is full with villages where the village tourism is strongly developed and is built up an appropriate base. With the help of the program SAPARD these base and services are constantly increasing.

The area of the residential complex is the end of the town planning of Smolian from the transport entrance of Plovdiv and resort Pamporovo and contains of……………………with area of 783 square meters and is situated on the beach of the first of Smolianski ezera famous with their unique beauty.
